RAMAKER
February 24, 2012 &ASSOCIATES,INC.
Karen Amelio,A & E Manager
Goodman Networks, Inc.
900 National Parkway, Suite 320
Schaumburg, IL 60173
SUBJECT: STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT
SITE: TOKEN CREEK WATER TANK (WI2196) — FA CODE #: 10083548
4205 ANDERSON ROAD
DE FOREST, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN 53532
RAMAKER & ASSOCIATES PROJECT NUMBER: 20897
Dear Ms. Amelio:
This Level One structural assessment is a review of the loading condition changes associated with the AT&T
Mobility (AT&T) long term evolution (LTE) project at the above-referenced site. Ramaker & Associates, Inc.
(RAMAKER) was specifically tasked to investigate loading changes associated with the Goodman Networks
(GOODMAN) project associated with the construction/installation of the LTE equipment. Assuming the
conditions outlined below, it is the finding of RAMAKER that no further assessment is required and that the
structure(s) will adequately support the proposed AT&T modifications.
The purpose of this letter was to complete an assessment of the existing and proposed (future) AT&T
loading. This assessment assumed that, unless otherwise noted, the antenna,TMA/RRU and shelter/radio
equipment installation activities that have occurred prior to this project were completed utilizing
engineering best-practices, including a structural assessment of the then proposed equipment/antenna
installations. In addition, RAMAKER assumed that any structural modifications required for the then-
proposed equipment/antennas were completed. Additionally, no assumptions were made to other carrier
loading changes (past, present,or future). As such, this analysis is only a professional review and opinion
of loading changes to the existing and proposed AT&T loading. It should be noted however that when
conflicting existing and proposed antenna centerline heights were identified, RAMAKER utilized the existing
data. AT&T must match all information reported in this review to ensure the site conditions match the
Constructions Drawings (prepared by others) and the Structural Analysis/Review prepared by RAMAKER.
Any discrepancies should be reported to the Engineering design team(s) and RAMAKER immediately.
In order to complete the structural analysis, RAMAKER utilized records and information gathered in order
to prepare this report's findings, including:
1) RF Data Sheets, dated November 10, 2011,
2) Previous structural assessment by Robert Wozniak, dated June 5, 2006,
3) As Built drawings by W-T Communication, job number 106169, dated September 18, 2006,
4) Previously procured data by RAMAKER during other site due diligence activities, or
5) Were assumed (noted as such on existing loading)
RAMAKER completed a review of the November 10, 2011 RF configuration for the proposed antenna
change out proposed by Goodman on behalf of AT&T. This RF configuration sheet identifies that the
current loading consists of:
• (6) CSS XDUO4-80-R panel antennas (2 per sector)
• (12) Andrew ETD819H-12UB TMAs (4 per sector)
1 120 Dallas Street,Sauk City,Wisconsin 53583 • Voice: 608-643-4100 Fax: 608-643-7999
www.ramaker.com
