1005 Tipperary Road <br /> Oregon , WI 53575 <br /> July 14 , 1987 <br /> Dear Neighbor : <br /> At the special town meeting held 7-13-87 to review David Weiman ' s <br /> request for Conditional Use Permit #605 for an airstrip , a <br /> proposed compromise was suggested by some attending area <br /> residents and the Oregon Town Board . <br /> As a result of the suggested compromise the Town Board has agreed <br /> to recommend the approval of Conditional Use Permit #605 to Dane <br /> County with the following restrictions . <br /> 1 . The airstrip is designated private--restricted <br /> (Mr .Weiman may permit guests to use the airstrip . ) <br /> 2 . Only the permit holder/landowner ' s aircraft will be kept <br /> at the airstrip . <br /> 3 . No crop dusting equipment will use this airstrip except <br /> in emergency situations . <br /> 4 . No trees on neighboring properties will be removed to <br /> facilitate the use of the airstrip without the owner ' s <br /> permission . <br /> Since we cannot speak for those who were unable to attend the <br /> town board meeting , we have reached a verbal agreement with Mr . <br /> Weiman that we will forward the results of this meeting to the <br /> signers of the petition who opposed the proposed airstrip . We <br /> will then abide by the decision of the majority of petitioners as <br /> to whether to accept the conditional use permit with these <br /> restrictions or reject it . <br /> Prior to July 27 , 1987 , Mr . Weiman and Mr .
