A lease for the Feller <br /> property which is located immediately to the west of our <br /> property has been obtained. <br /> Our property is so identified as the SE 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 <br /> of Section 17 in the Town of Oregon (see plan) . The Feller <br /> property is part of the S 1 /2 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 17 <br /> in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The airstrip is 100 ft . wide and 1723 ft . long running east <br /> and west . The surface has been graded and seeded, and is <br /> generally flat which makes it especially suited as an <br /> airstrip. <br /> The airstrip has been inspected by aviation authorities, <br /> and has received both state and federal approval . In <br /> addition, the airstrip has received support from the Town <br /> of Oregon, area farmers and businesses, and neighbors . <br /> Land uses of property located immediately adjacent to the <br /> airstrip is for agriculture , and that property within 300 <br /> ft . is used for both residential and agriculture . <br /> Enclosed a "site plan" as requested. <br /> Please call should you have any questions . <br /> /Z:aro. <br /> David & Peggy eiman <br />
