ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2695 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br /> amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Westport, described as follows: Com- <br /> mencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 19; thence S 86° 25' 01" W, 200 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence S 86° 25' 01" W, 195.24 feet; thence N 35° 23' 30" E, <br /> 184.01 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the arc of a curve concaved North- <br /> westerly having a radius of 1497.40 feet and a long chord that bears N 23° 58' 01" E, <br /> 593.20 feet to the intersection of said curve with the East line of said NE 1/4; thence <br /> S 04° 01' 20" E, 519.01 feet; thence S 86° 25' 01" W, 200 feet; thence S 04° 01' 20" E, <br /> 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> C <br /> EFFECTIVE: vvL 1 .1 1981 <br /> 545-11 (2/78) <br />
