This letter is to apply for rezoning and <br />redefining the layout of two parcels that I own with Kathie J. Existing Uses of the property: <br />Parcel Number - 020/0707- 162 - 8640 -7, This is our homesite where we have a 2000 sq. ft home with attached garage, <br />surrounded by approximately 2 acres. <br />Parcel Number - 020/0707- 162 - 8540 -8, This is undeveloped woodland on bluffs with rocky outcroppings. <br />B. Existing Uses of all Neighboring properties: <br />Rural Homes on wooded acreage. Cropland across Observatory Road currently in field corn. <br />C. Proposed uses of the rezoned area: <br />The new division of property would contain one parcel of slightly greater than 5 acres and one parcel of slightly greater <br />than 16 acres. <br />Parcel Number - 020/0707 -162- 8640 -7. This would continue to be our homesite with a slightly larger acreage (5+ acres.) <br />Parcel Number - New The new parcel would be (10+ acres, RH -2, OR RH -4) a parcel of land that could be sold to be used as <br />a homesite or for a new driveway access that met local code (to replace another driveway that does not meet code for a <br />neighbor.) <br />D.
