TO DETACH SMALL TERRITORY <br /> WHEREAS, a meeting of the school board of the School District of Lodi was held on April 9, <br /> 2018, and <br /> WHEREAS, the School District of Lodi has proposed to detach the property described as parcel <br /> number 050/0907-013-8003-0 by the Dane County Land Information Office, located at 8039 <br /> Crystal Lake Road in the Town of Roxbury, County of Dane, Wisconsin, owned by Jonathan S. <br /> and Peggy J. Schumann, from the School District of Lodi and attach said property to the S <br /> Prairie School District, and ` <br /> WHEREAS, the description of the property has been certified as accurate by Robert Pings, clerk <br /> of the Town of Roxbury, County of Dane, Wisconsin and <br /> WHEREAS, the value of the property as of the most recent assessment was $434,100, and <br /> WHEREAS, the number of pupils residing on the territory as of the last count date was zero, and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-identified property owners were properly noticed, by a communication <br /> dated March 21, 2018, and the item appeared on the school board agenda for the meeting dated <br /> April 9, 2018, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an order be issued and filed approving the <br /> detachment. n n <br /> Introduced by: 1 V` ; L 1 c,(/2.
