<br />Lots 234, 235, and 236, East Pass Addition To Country Grove, Located in
<br />the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, T6N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane
<br />County, Wisconsin.

<br />Lot 234 sholl be graded such that the westernmost property line adjacent
<br />to the greenway is a minimum of 4 feet above the flow.line of greenway,
<br />or 2 feet obove the 100 year Regional Flood Elevation, whichever is greater,
<br />as approved by, and on file with the City Engineer. No windows or walkouts
<br />ore allowed below this elevation.

<br />All lots within this plat are subject to a non-exclusive easement for drainage
<br />purposes and shall be a minimum of 6 feet in width measured from the
<br />property line to the interior of each lot. Easements shall not be required on
<br />property lines shared with green ways or public streets.
