FP-35 and RR-2 to RR-8 <br /> Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 11032, and a parcel of land, located in parts of the <br /> Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section <br /> 14, T8N, R12E, all located in the Town of Medina, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 14; thence N <br /> 89°26'40" E, 1325.32 feet to the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest <br /> 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence along the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of the <br /> Southwest 1/4, S 89°26'40" W, 66.17 feet; thence S 04°34'49"W, 1831.61 feet to a point <br /> on the North right-of-way line of Box Elder Road; thence along said North right-of-way <br /> line, N 59°21'04" W, 73.53 feet; thence N 04°34'49" E, 529.54 feet; thence N 85°25'11" <br /> W, 418.88 feet; thence N 17°15'38" E, 910.99 feet; thence N 30°35'41" E, 745.20 feet to <br /> a point on the East line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, thence along said <br /> East line, S 00°15'41" E, 283.90 feet to the said Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of <br /> the Southwest 1/4 and the point of beginning; Contains 474,901 square feet, or 10.9 <br /> acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8) (d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> '4)owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the properties to reflect the Town of <br /> Medina's animal restrictions. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by <br /> Dane County, a final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be <br /> prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes <br /> and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County <br /> Zoning Division. Upon submission of the final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land <br /> Regulation Committee, or its authorized representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, <br /> approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey map. Failure to submit the final <br /> certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to record the survey with the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies <br /> of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> J <br />
