I've attached the map I sketched up that I <br /> assume reflects what the town PC and Board acted on at their meeting earlier this week. <br /> In terms of the timelines,the submittal and review/approval requirements for a subdivision plat are quite a bit different <br /> than just a Certified Survey Map.The bottom line is that it's a longer process to get the plat recorded since plats are <br /> reviewed and approved by the county zoning committee. I would suggest discussing with Dave, as he is familiar with the <br /> process and is doing one on land he owns in Cottage Grove.
