NOTICE: <br /> • If you are not able to meet these conditions by the specified deadline date, you or <br /> your surveyor will need to contact the Zoning Department to communicate your <br /> reasons for needing more time, as well as your expected date of completion. If the <br /> Zoning Administrator approves, the deadline may be extended. If you and your <br /> surveyor fail to communicate with zoning staff before your deadline, then your <br /> Zoning Petition will be made NULL AND VOID. <br /> • Please provide Dane County Zoning with a copy of the recorded survey, deed restriction, <br /> and/or notice document.
