This home will count against the Town of Dane density policy. One home site remains with the <br /> farmland,see the attached Density Study. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: There are steep slopes on site but the home is existing, no known construction is planned. <br /> STAFF:The proposal is consistent with the Town and County Comprehensive Plans.
