Hi Hans - <br /> Per our conversation this morning, attached is the completed shoreland application. I'm still working on the <br /> land and water resources this evening but did check "yes" on the form. It seems based on going through the <br /> permit tree, that since our project falls outside the 75 feet shoreland buffer, we may not need a permit but I <br /> started the form anyway. <br /> Attached is the proposed driveway plan for our site up on the hilltop and it seems to show nearly <br /> everything that the application requests with the exception of the impervious surfaces.
