After reviewing the site plan I have determined <br /> that the intensity of development will trigger the need for a shoreland erosion control permit. This permit,issued by <br /> Dane County Land and Water Resources Department,will be required prior to the issuance of a shoreland zoning <br /> permit and zoning permit for this project. <br /> This determination has been based on a lot area of 26,139 square feet within 300 feet of an intermittent stream. The <br /> existing impervious surface ratio is approximately 12.6%or 3,315 square feet. The proposed development will add <br /> 541 square feet of impervious surface to the property for a post-development impervious surface ratio of 14.75% <br /> within the shoreland zone. <br /> Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit for the proposed residential development the following conditions <br /> must be satisfied: <br /> 1. Obtain a Shoreland Erosion Control Permit from Dane County Land and Water Resources. <br /> 2.
