EFFECTIVE MAY 24, 2021 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11681 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Perry Location: Section 15 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-1 to RM-8 <br /> Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 6 <br /> East, in the Town of Perry, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a point nine chains and eighty-two links South of the Northeast corner <br /> thereof; thence North to the Northeast corner thereof; thence West eleven chains and <br /> forty-four links; thence South eleven chains and twenty-six links; thence North seventy- <br /> four degrees East, eleven chains and forty-seven links to the place of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances.
