L2 is <br /> not a valid property address.The Access Dane website lists 318 Ozark Trail as the property address for the owner, <br /> Poseidon Properties LLC.The second page of the zoning permit application,which requires your signature, has not been <br /> submitted. <br /> I calculate the area of the proposed building to be 4825 square feet. <br /> Ground disturbance of an area greater than 4,000 square feet requires an erosion control permit from Dane County <br /> Land and Water Resources. Please submit an erosion control permit and stormwater management permit. Please <br /> contact Jason Neidhart, 608-516-2738, neidhart@countyofdane.com <br /> A sanitary permit is also required. I looked up the records, and it appears that a sanitary permit was issued for this <br /> property,and the sanitary permit number is 13-2021-00041. <br /> The site plan shows that the distance of the proposed building to the side property line is 10'2". Please be aware than <br /> the minimum required setback is 10 feet.A location survey would be required as a condition of the zoning permit if a <br /> zoning permit is issued, in order to verify setbacks.This would be an additional expense for you.You will need to check <br /> the "yes" box on the application form for the location survey requirement. <br /> The site plan shows a stoop on the east side of the building, and the stoop is located within 10 feet of the property line. <br /> This will not be permitted.
