Driveways installed adjacent to binder <br /> course pavement shall leave the last 5 feet unpaved abutting the street or construct your driveway with concrete,asphalt, <br /> brick,etc.,to the edge of pavement and then have the last 5 feet removed and replaced at the owner's expense when final <br /> pavement is placed. <br /> • The applicant represents all parties in interest, and that such proposed driveway is for the bona fide purpose of securing <br /> access to the applicant's property and not for the purpose of parking or servicing vehicles,advertising,storage or <br /> merchandising of goods within the dedicated portion of the Town road or street,or for any other purpose. <br />
