EFFECTIVE JANUARY 6, 2020 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11437 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Rutland Location: Section 9 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> RM-16 to RR-4 <br /> A part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map 11420, recorded in Volume 69 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps on Pages 204 thru 205, located in the Northwest 1/4 of the <br /> Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Town 5 North, Range 10 East, Town of Rutland, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> I ‘t, Commencing at the West 14 corner of Section 9; thence N 86°47' 13" E, 565.65 <br /> feet; thence S03°03'43"E, 409.00 feet; thence S86°47'13"W, 565.65 feet; thence <br /> NO3°03'43"W, 409.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.00 acres <br /> excluding public highway right of way. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the sending property (tax parcels <br /> 051002180008 and 051002195001) prohibiting division of the property and <br /> indicating that the available density units have been exhausted. <br /> 2. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the RM-16 and RR-4 property <br /> prohibiting further division. <br /> 3.
