This conversion from impervious to greenspace should also be included
in the permit.
I calculated around 1072 sq.ft. of disturbed area for a foundation wall that will require a typical trench of at least
4'to pour concrete and work in the trench. Does this sound inaccurate?
When will the building begin and then be stabilized, and when will the impervious surfaces be converted to
pervious (greenspace)? There are specific requirements included in the conversion of hardscapes/impervious,to
pervious, such as deep-ripping or tilling of the soil, and/or soil amendments. What is your proposal for this?
Thank you,
Jess
6
