EFFECTIVE JULY 15, 2021 Dane County Board of Supervisors Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11694 Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: Town Map: Town of Vermont Location: Section 5 Zoning District Boundary Changes FP-35 TO RR-2 A parcel of land located in part of the Southwest and Southeast 1/4's of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, T7N, R6E, Town of Vermont, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 5, thence S 89°37'48" E along the south line of the said Northwest 1/4, 1836.85 feet; thence N 42°44'00" W, 846.66 feet to the east right-of-way of Cedar Hill Lane and to the point of beginning (P.O.B. "A").
