Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11689 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section <br /> 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Roxbury Location: Section 4 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-35 to SFR-1 <br /> Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 9 North, Range 7 East, <br /> Town of Roxbury, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southeast comer of Section 4, Township 9 North, Range 7 East; Thence N 88° 59' 39" W along the <br /> South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4 a distance of 553.26 feet; Thence N 01 ° 00' 21" E <br /> a distance of 1858.31 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 85° 57' 34" W parallel to the Southerly <br /> line of Lot 1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map Number 5850 a distance of 351.27 feet; thence N 02° <br /> 02' 58" E a distance of 158.05 feet to the extension line of the Northwesterly line of said Lot I; thence N <br /> 43° 30' 13" E along said extension line a distance of 75.53 feet to the intersection of the Northwesterly <br /> and Westerly line of Lot 1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map Number 5850; thence S 02° 02' 58" W <br /> along said Westerly line a distance of 86.32 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence S 85° <br /> 57' 34" E along the Southerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 277.10 feet to the Southeasterly comer of <br /> said Lot I; thence South 08° 05' 13" along the Easterly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 132.97 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane County Code <br /> of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. A driveway access easement shall be prepared and recorded to allow access to the <br /> property from Haas Road. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane <br /> County, a final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in <br /> accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division.
