Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11689 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Roxbury Location: Section 4 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-35 to SFR-1 <br /> Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 9 North, <br /> Range 7 East,Town of Roxbury, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of Section 4,Township 9 North, Range 7 <br /> East;Thence N 88° 59' 39" W along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said <br /> Section 4 a distance of 553.26 feet;Thence N 01°00' 21" E a distance of 1858.31 feet to <br /> the point of beginning.Thence N 85° 57' 34" W parallel to the Southerly line of Lot 1 of <br /> Dane County Certified Survey Map Number 5850 a distance of 351.27 feet; thence N 02° <br /> 02' 58" E a distance of 158.05 feet to the extension line of the Northwesterly line of said <br /> Lot I; thence N 43°30' 13" E along said extension line a distance of 75.53 feet to the <br /> intersection of the Northwesterly and Westerly line of Lot 1 of Dane County Certified <br /> Survey Map Number 5850;thence S 02°02' 58" W along said Westerly line a distance of <br /> 86.32 feet to the Southwesterly comer of said Lot 1; thence S 85° 57' 34" E along the <br /> Southerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 277.10 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said <br /> Lot I; thence South 08°05' 13" along the Easterly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 132.97 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. A driveway access easement shall be prepared and recorded to allow <br /> access to the property from Haas Road. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
