Yes IT No❑U <br /> Jeff and Karen Haas had a residence on Lot 1 CSM 5850 for since 1989. Rising water levels in Fish Lake forced them to <br /> move the house from its original foundation. It has been sitting on blocks since the summer of 2020. They wish to relocate it <br /> on higher ground near the original lot. They needed to add lands from the adjacent farm (Jeff's father's farm)to the existing <br /> parcel to site the house relocation. They have had a certified survey prepared to add 1.075 acres to the parcel. The map <br /> shows a dedication of 33 feet for road right-of-way leaving a net lot total area of 2.061 acres. The property will be accessed <br /> by a 30 foot wide easement to connect to an easement that connects to Haas Road. This petition is to rezone the added <br /> lands(currently zoned ag)to Single Family Residential (SFR-1)to match the existing zoning of the original parcel.
