The applicant has a secondary <br /> dryland access to the south and west as he abuts the family farm. Fish Lake Rd is basically closed near the lake as it is <br /> under water regularly. <br /> TOWN PLAN:The Town of Roxbury has a one home per 35 acres density policy,the proposal doesn't create a new home <br /> site. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: There are resource protection areas onsite as the lake continues to rise and the previous <br /> home site is under water. <br /> STAFF:The proposal is consistent with Town and County plans. Staff recommends an easement be recorded to establish <br /> road access to Haas Rd until such a time as the lake may recede.
