All dwellings count towards the density limit, including <br /> the original farm dwelling. Therefore, separation of the original farmhouse does require a development right. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: The subject property is not in an environmental corridor. <br /> STAFF: If the town Medina approves, staff recommends approval. <br /> TOWN:The Town Board approved petition conditioned upon the Town of Medina animal restrictions being recorded on <br /> the property. <br /> Questions?
