Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11683 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section <br /> 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Vienna Location: Section 16 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-35 to FP-B <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T9N, R9E, Town of Vienna, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southeast Corner of said Section 16; thence N 89°49'26" W along the south line of the SE 1/4 <br /> of said Section 16, 1,327.20 feet to the Southeast Corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said <br /> Section 16; thence N 00°15'59" W along the east line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said <br /> Section 16, 60.90 feet to the north right of way line of County Highway "V" and also the point of <br /> beginning. Thence S 89°56'51" W along said north right of way line, 305.64 feet; thence N <br /> 00°51'33" W, 508.56 feet; thence S 88°16'19" E, 29.85 feet; thence N 05°47'40" E, 92.39 feet; <br /> thence S 86°47'15" E, 271.82 feet to the east line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section <br /> 16; thence S 00°15'59" E along said east line, 584.01 feet to the point of beginning. The above <br /> described parcel contains 179,767 square feet or 4.13 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane County Code <br /> of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or <br /> owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the property to limit the land uses to agricultural <br /> businesses only. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as <br /> the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane <br /> County Zoning. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
