EFFECTIVE JULY 2, 2021 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11683 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors ervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Vienna Location: Section 16 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-35 to FP-B <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T9N, R9E, Town of <br /> Vienna, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the Southeast Corner of said Section 16; thence N 89°49'26" W along the south line <br /> of the SE 1/4 of said Section 16, 1,327.20 feet to the Southeast Corner of the SW 1/4 of <br /> the SE 1/4 of said Section 16; thence N 00°15'59" W along the east line of the SW 1/4 <br /> of the SE 1/4 of said Section 16, 60.90 feet to the north right of way line of County <br /> Highway "V" and also the point of beginning. Thence S 89°56'51" W along said north <br /> right of way line, 305.64 feet; thence N 00°51'33" W, 508.56 feet; thence S 88°16'19" E, <br /> 29.85 feet; thence N 05°47'40" E, 92.39 feet; thence S 86°47'15" E, 271.82 feet to the <br /> east line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 16; thence S 00°15'59" E along <br /> said east line, 584.01 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel <br /> contains 179,767 square feet or 4.13 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1 . A deed restriction shall be recorded on the property to limit the land uses to <br /> agricultural businesses only. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.
