Use black ink NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF TRANSFERRED DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS <br /> Pursuant to §10.305 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and approval <br /> of rezoning petition #11648, Dane County hereby provides notice that <br /> a transfer of development rights has occurred in sections 35 and 26 of <br /> the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> Development Rights Transferred: In accordance with the <br /> Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) policies of the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove component of the Dane County Comprehensive <br /> Plan, the transfer of one (1) development right from the sending Recording area <br /> property will allow development of one (1) single family residential Name and return address: <br /> lot on the receiving property. <br /> Screamin' Norwegian Farms LLC <br /> Receiving Property: The one (1) receiving lot assigned to the 1893 US HIGHWAY 12&18 <br /> described "receiving" property is eligible to be used as a building COTTAGE GROVE, WI 53527 <br /> site or for any other permitted use in the SFR-1 Single Family <br /> Residential Zoning District. Further division of the property is <br /> prohibited. <br /> 0711-351-9240-1 <br /> • Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map # , parcel lying <br /> in the NE 1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 26, TO7N, R11E, Town of <br /> Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> Sending Property: One (1) development right has been PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER(S) <br /> transferred from a 1.8 acre "sending" property located in part of the <br /> SW 1/4 of the NE % lying south of Hwy 12&18 located in section 35 <br /> of the town of Cottage Grove.
