Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11676 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section <br /> 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Medina Location: Section 1 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-35 to RR-1 <br /> Located in part of the NE 1/4 of the NE % of Section 1, Town 8 North, Range 12 East, Town of Medina, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: COMMENCING at the North 1/4 Corner of Section <br /> 1; thence N87°03'51"E (recorded as N87°10'39"E), 1341.36 feet along the north line of the NE <br /> 1/4 of Section 1 to the northwest corner of the NE 1/4 of said NE 1/4 and the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING. Thence continuing N87°03'51"E (recorded as 87°10'39"E), 201.25 feet along the <br /> north line of the NE 1/4 of Section 1; thence S00°51'38"W, 409.32 feet; thence N89°08'22"W, <br /> 200.81 feet to the west line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1; thence N00°51'38"E (recorded <br /> as N00°58'29"E), 396.00 feet along the west line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1 to the <br /> POINT OF BEGINNING. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or <br /> owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. The Town of Medina animal restrictions shall be recorded on the property. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as <br /> the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.
