EFFECTIVE JUNE 28, 2021 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11676 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Medina Location: Section 1 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-35 to RR-1 <br /> Located in part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, Town 8 North, Range 12 East, Town of <br /> Medina, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: COMMENCING at the North 1/4 <br /> Corner of Section 1; thence N87°03'51"E (recorded as N87°10'39"E), 1341 .36 feet <br /> along the north line of the NE 1/4 of Section 1 to the northwest corner of the NE 1/4 of said <br /> NE 1/4 and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence continuing N87°03'51"E (recorded as <br /> 87°10'39"E), 201 .25 feet along the north line of the NE 1/4 of Section 1 ; thence <br /> S00°51'38"W, 409.32 feet; thence N89°08'22"W, 200.81 feet to the west line of the E 1/2 <br /> of the NE 1/4 of Section 1 ; thence N00°51'38"E (recorded as N00°58'29"E), 396.00 feet <br /> along the west line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1 to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> Containing 80,860 square feet (1.86 acres), 74,220 square feet (1 .70 acres), excluding <br /> Clarkson Road right-of-way. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1 . The Town of Medina animal restrictions shall be recorded on the property. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
