SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT A scaled site plan and detailed operations plan must be submitted for commercial rezone applications.Please use the checklist below to ensure you are submitting all required information applicable to your request.Please attach the relevant maps and plans listed below to your application form.
