EFFECTIVE JUNE 10, 2021 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11688 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.200(4) shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Mazomanie Location: Section 15 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> FP-1 to GC General Commercial <br /> Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map #13049, Section 15, TO8N, RO6E, Town of <br /> Mazomanie, Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.101(8)(d) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> 1. All lighting shall conform to DCCO 10.102(8)(d)7 and 10.102(5). To minimize lighting <br /> impact on the motorists on the highway the parking lot lights should be low to the <br /> ground (15-28 feet) and have direct downward lighting. Lighting on the building should <br /> be direct downward lights as well. <br />
