EXHIBIT A <br />BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map (C.S.M.) Number 8804 as recorded in Volume 49 of Certified <br />Survey Maps, on pages 20 and 21, as Document Number 2927093, Dane County Registry and <br />located in the the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 04, Township 07 <br />North, Range 08 East, City of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 1, C.S.M. Number 8804; thence South 02 degrees <br />14 minutes 07 seconds East, along the east line of said Lot 1, C.S.M. Number 8804, a distance of <br />291.03 feet; thence South 87 degrees 45 minutes 53 seconds West, 32.25 feet; thence North 00 <br />degrees 24 minutes 36 seconds West, 48.57 feet; thence North 31 degrees 57 minutes 54 <br />seconds West, 135.51 feet; thence North 11 degrees 25 minutes 19 seconds West, 20.37 feet to <br />the southerly line of an existing avigation easement; thence North 78 degrees 31 minutes 14 <br />seconds West, along said southerly avigation easement line, 523.34 feet to the northwest <br />corner of said Lot 1, C.S.M. Number 8804; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds <br />East, along the north line of said Lot 1, C.S.M. Number 8804, a distance of 609.88 feet to the <br />point of beginning.
