No building previously erected elsewhere shall be <br />moved upon any lot in said plat. <br />8. So long as the present owner, Banking Commission of <br />Wisconsin, or McKennas, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, has any <br />title to any part of said plat, no building shall be erected <br />thereon until, the design thereof has been approved in writing by <br />said present owner and said McKennas, Inc., or their agent ap- <br />pointed in writing for said purpose. After the said parties <br />cease to have title to any lot in said plat eo building shall <br />be erected on said plat until the design thereof rias been ae)roved <br />in writing by a committee of three persons each of +Anem own_ a <br />lot or lots in said plat, which coiumittee members shall be :1ected <br />by a mmme jority in number of persons ;folding the fee title to any <br />lot or lots in said plat. These covenants and restrictions are covenants <br />and restrictions running with the land and be binding <br />on all persons caving an interest in said plat until January <br />1, 1962, ut which time said restrictions and covueeets well <br />terminate. <br />0. If any person or his heirs, successors or assigns <br />shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants or <br />restrictions herein prior to January 1, 196:, it shall be lew- <br />ful for any other person or persons owning any lot or lots in <br />said plat to prosecute any proceedings at law or in eeuity <br />against the person or persons violating or attempting to violate <br />any such covenant or restriction. <br />11.
