No building shall be located closer than <br />10 feet to any side property line or more than <br />15 feet to any side street line; the following <br />front line set backs shall apply: <br />a.. Dwelling structure—not less than 30 feet <br />nor more than 45 feet. <br />b. Detached garege ---the front thereof shall <br />be at least 10 feet behind the front of <br />the dwelling structure. <br />c. Outbuilding ---the front thereof shall <br />not be. closer to the street than the <br />rear of the dwelling structure, and shall <br />be so placed, or screened by planting, <br />that the visibility is et a minimum <br />from the street on .Which the dwelling <br />structure feces. <br />4.
