AGREEMENT AS TO RESTRICTIONS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: VOL VJ plag 7 WHEREAS, Erna Sophia Vogel is the owner in fee simple of the following described premises, to -wit: A parcel of land lying in and being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Town 7 North, Range 8 East and within the corporate limits of the Village of Middleton, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin and more fully described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence North 89° 491 West 479.75 feet; thence North 3° 201 East 153 feet; Bence North 89° 491 West 100 feet; thence South 3 201 West 153 feet; thence North 89° 491 West 706.1 feet to the East line of Bristol Street; thence North 3° 201 East 514.45 feet; thence North 89° 491 West 33.05 feet; thence North 3° 201 East 137.75 feet; thence South 89° 491 East 1320.70 feet; thence South 3° 301 West 652.20 feet to beginning, except the following described parcel: Beginning North 3° 301 East 33.05 feet and North 890 491 West 33.05 feet from said Southeast corner; thence North 3° 301 East 120 feet; thence North 890 491 West 100 feet; thence South 3° 301 West 120 feet; thence South 89° 491 East 100 feet to beginning; AND WHEREAS, Erna Sophia Vogel has caused the above described premises to be platted into lots and blocks now known as Park Lawn, being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of 6ection 11, Town 7 North, Range 8 East, within the cor, -orate limits of the Villa „e of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin, recorded December, 1CJ45, in Vol. 1l of Plats, Parfe 1a, in the office of the Register cf Deeds for Dane County, Wisconsin, including the following nubered lots in the following numbered blocks, to -wit: Lots 1 -16, both inclusive, Block 1, Lots 1-17, both inclusive, Block 2, Lots 1- 8, both inclusive, Block 3, Lots 1- 7, both inclusive, Block 4; NOW THEREFORE, said Erna Sophia Vogel hereby declares that all of the lots in the said plat of Park Lawn hereinbefore described be and the same hereby are subject to the following: Protective Covenants These covenants are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until January 1, 1:67, at which time said covenants shall be automatically extended for successive periods of 10 years unless by vote of a majority of the then owners of the lots it is agreed to change said covenants in whole or in part. If the parties hereto, or any of them, or their heirs or assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants herein it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any real property situated in said development or subdivision to prosecute any proceedings likat law or in equity against the person or persons violating or attempt- ing to violate any such covenant and either to prevent him or them from o doing or to recover damages or other dues for such violation.
