ARTICLE V <br />•••1.e •■• <br />VOL 276 PAGE268 <br />No residential structure shall be erected or placed <br />on any building plot, which plot has an area of less than <br />9450 square feet or a width of less than 70 feet at the front <br />building setback line. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be <br />carried on unon any lot nor.shall anything be done thereon <br />which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the <br />neighborhood. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or <br />other outbuilding erected in the tract shall at any time <br />be used as a residence temporarily or permanently, nor <br />shall any structure of a temporary character be used as a <br />residence. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />No dwelling shall be erected upon any lot in said <br />tract with a ground floor area of the main structure, <br />exlusive of porches, breezeways, and garages, of less than <br />864 square feet. <br />ARTICLE IX <br />Easements affecting all lots are reserved as to the <br />rear five feet for utility installation and maintenance. <br />ARTICLE X <br />No person of any race other than the white or Caucasian <br />race shall use or occupy any building or any lot except <br />that thia covenant shall not prevent occupancy by do,uestic <br />servants of a different race domiciled with an owner or <br />tenant. <br />IN WITNESS <br />WHEREOF we have hereunto set our hands and. <br />:seals this 19th day of January, 1955. <br />In Presence of: <br />Peter Benz <br />Emden A.
