No buildings snail be erected on any of the <br />said lots until the location and design thereof <br />snail have been submitted to and approved by an <br />expert. So long, as the party of tne first part <br />owns one or more lots in t.ie said plat, such <br />expert must be satisfactory to the party of the <br />first part. Upon the sale of all of the lots <br />by the party of the first part or the termination <br />of its interest therein in some otner manner, <br />such expert must be satisfactory to a majority <br />of the owners of tree lots in the said plat. <br />5. Not more than one dwelling may be placed on <br />any lot in the said plat except that two <br />dwellings may be placed on lots 9 to 15 inclusive, <br />provided however that if two dwellings are placed <br />on any of such lots, one of the dwellings must <br />be located so that a substantial portion thereof <br />shall lie within 100 feet of Waubesa Street. <br />6. No structure useful for otner than residential <br />purposes may be placed on Outlot B within 200 feet <br />of the southerly line of McConnell Street.
