<br />corner of Lot 153 thence South 660 33' West 88.8 feet along South line
<br />of Lot 153 to point of beginning of Lot 5 of Lot 153 thence North 240 32'
<br />West 136.4 feet, thence on a 68° 24' curve a chord length of 110.5 feet
<br />and bearing annroxirately South 32° 58' West, thence South 36° 02' East
<br />62.0 feet, thence on the South Boundary line of lot 153 bearing North
<br />66° 33' East 100.0 feet to point of beginning, together with ingress and
<br />egress over a court more particularly described in that certain Varranty
<br />Deed dated August 2, 1925, and recorded in the office of tne Register
<br />of Deeds for Dane County, Wisconsin on August 21, 1925 in Vol. 337 of
<br />Deeds on page 500.

<br />It is furtner understood and agreed that the owner of this lot has a
<br />right of way to the lake on Outlots 2 and 3 in Shorewood, the location
<br />of said right of way to be designated by said Eagle/Heights Land
<br />Company.
<br />This deed is given for the purpose of correcting that certain deed
<br />dated February 19, 1937 and recorded .April 13, 1937 in Vol. 351 of Deeds
<br />on page 159 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Dane County,
<br />Wisconsin.
<br />To Have and to Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and piivilege,, thelcunt()
