<br />running with the land set forth in deed from North Bay Comp ny
<br />(dated November 23, 1927, recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds for Dene County in Volume 335 of Deeds, Page 186.
<br />Also Lots Seven (7) end Eight (8), Block B of the Replat of blocks
<br />Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) of Baywood Replat in the Village
<br />of Maple Bluff, Dane County, eisccnsin, according to the recorded
<br />pl.:t thereof.
<br />Provided,. however, that this deed of conveyance shell be sub feet
<br />to the reservations and restrictions hereinafter stated which
<br />said reservations and restrictions are to be construed as covenants
<br />running with the land end for the benefit of and enforceable by
<br />the owner or owners of any lot or lots adjoining or in the
<br />neighborhood of the premises hereby conveyed, driving title frorr,
<br />or through the seid North Bay eompeny, as well as the pE.rties
<br />hereto, to -wit:
<br />1. None of said lots shall be conveyed to, used, owned or
<br />occupied by negroes as owner or tenant.
<br />2. No intoxicating liquors shell ever be manufactured or
<br />sold on the premises hereby conveyed.
<br />3. ?or a period of Twenty Five (25) years from January 1, 1
<br />A. D., 1927, the first parties shall have the right to require
<br />plans for any lot in said Replat to be first transmitted to end
<br />approved by an expert acceptable to the parties of the first pert,,
<br />it being intended that such expert shal consider the character
<br />of such proposed building with reference to the character and
<br />arrangement of other buildings in said Replat.
<br />4. That for said period of Twenty Five (25) years no
<br />building erected on said premises hereby conveyed shall be used
<br />for other than residence purposes or as a private garage without
<br />the written consent of the parties of the first part.
<br />5. That for said period of Twenty Five (25) years no
<br />building previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any
<br />lot in said Replat.
<br />6. That for said period of Twenty Five (25) years no more
<br />than one dwelling house shall be constructed on the premises
<br />hereby conveyed without the written consent of the party of the
<br />first part.
