<br />ing described real estate, situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin. to -wit:
<br />That certain parcel of land situated in the Southeast i of the Northwest
<br />of Section 29, Town 7, Range 9, Town of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin:
<br />to find the starting point commence at the center of said Section 29;
<br />thence proceed Westerly along the quarter section line a distance of
<br />662 ®3 feet to a point which is the center line of a public highway known
<br />as Orchard Drive; thence North at right angles to said last course alon ::
<br />the center of Orchard Drive to a point 198 feet North of said quarter
<br />section line. This is the point of beginning; the West line of said
<br />parcel is a line commencing at said point of beginning; and proceeding
<br />North along said centerline a distance of 132 feet; the north line of
<br />said lot then proceeds easterly at right angles to said centerline
<br />c. distance of 329.4 feet to the centerline of proposed street;
<br />the south line of said lot proceeds Easterly a ric,ht angles to said
<br />centerline from the point of beginning, a distance of 292.9 feet;
<br />and the easterly boundary of said lot is an arc being the center line
<br />of a proposed street connecting the North and South lines of said lot
<br />at their eastern extremities, said arc having a radius of 330 feet;
<br />said lands being otherwise identified as Lot 20, Mock 1, of
<br />proposed plat of Oak Park in the Town of Madison, Dane County,
<br />Wisconsin, said premises being conveyed subject to the public highway
<br />known as Orchard Drive and subject to the proposed highway to the cant
<br />end of said lot as indicated on said plat.
<br />Subject to the following restrictions:
<br />(a) The location of all buildings on premises are to be approved by
<br />vendors. (b) None of said lots shall be conveyed to, used, owned or
<br />occupied by_negroes as owner or tenant. (c) For a period of 25 years
<br />from July 1, 1933, vendors shall have the right to require plans for the
<br />exterior design of any building or structure to be erected upon any lot
<br />in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by the vendors. (d)
<br />That for said period of 25 years no building o? any lot in said plat
<br />shall be used for other than residence purposes without written consent
<br />of the first party. (e) That for said period of 25 years no building
<br />previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat. (f)
<br />No out building shall be constructed upon said plat without the written co -
<br />sent of the undersigned as to its necessity and location. (g) No intoxicat,ng
<br />liquors shall be sold on said premises for 20 years from July 1, 1933.
<br />This is a correction deed.
