<br />restrictions and reservations are intended to be uniform in all eonveyanees
<br />of land in the said plat and to be for the protection and benefit of all
<br />lots in the said plat and are intended to be. covenants running with the
<br />land to -wit:
<br />1) No land in the said plat shall ever be conveyed to, leased to, used,
