<br />THIS INDENTURE, jade this 26th .day of September, .A. _D. 1939
<br />between 5. A, Mahlkuch, Lucile T ah1kuch tined Geo, Ha Drewry,
<br />Widower, parties of the .first . part,, and George M. Green,, party of
<br />the second part,.
<br />1 "`ITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first Part, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of One dollar ($1.00) and tither good and
<br />valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the said party of
<br />the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and ack-
<br />nowledged, have given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released,
<br />aliened, conveyed and confirmed., and by these presents d0 give;
<br />grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and confirm
<br />unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever,
<br />the following described real estate, situated in the County of-

<br />west from the southeast corner of said section,
<br />(this point also being the southwest corner of
