<br />THIS INDENTURE, made- this 7: day of Novem-
<br />ber, 1939, between Joel A. Harley and Elizabeth. J. Harley,
<br />his wife, parties of the first part., and Harry. S. Walker,
<br />and Naomi D. •Walker, husband_ and wife, as joint tenants,

<br />That the said parties of the first part, for-

<br />and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid
<br />by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof
<br />is hereby ,confessed and acknowledged, have givien, granted,
<br />bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed and
<br />confirmed,, and by these presents do gi-e, grant, bargain,
