<br />County of Da.ae and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:

<br />Grove, according_ to the recorded Mat thereof.
<br />This deed is given to correct by adding the building
<br />restrictions thereto a deed between the same pasties
<br />dated and recorded April 2, 1935 in Vol. 368 of Deeds
<br />on Page 387
<br />Tnis deed is given subject to the following restrictions: FIRST: The
<br />line of any building, or any part thereof, erected on these premises,
<br />except in the case of business places, shall not be nearer to the street
<br />than the building line indicated on the recorded plat. SE0v.4D: No
<br />residence or place of business shall be erected without a substantial
<br />foundation nor at a cost of less than $3500 Dollars. THIRD: No lot or
<br />any building thereon shall be sold or leased to any negro, negress or
<br />Italian. FOURTH: ivo business place shall be erected except on Lots 0ne
<br />(1), Tro (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) in Block une (1).
<br />Ail restrictions as above set forth shall continue nti.l July 1, 1946,
<br />and shall continue automatically thereafter until the owners of the
<br />majority of the net acreage of Elmhurst.- sall at any time after said date
<br />execute and a knowledge an agreement or agreements in writing, releasing F,lm-
<br />ufst or any part thereof from any or all of the above restrictions, and
<br />ile the same for record in the office of the Register of Deeds for Dane
<br />'aunty, Wisconsin. Tne termination of any of the above restrictions in the
<br />annex provided shall in no wise alter restrictions not so terminated. +
<br />It is hereby made an express condition hereof that any -owner of land
<br />n Elmhurst or any resident of Elmhurst shall be a goner person to do or
<br />ause to be done, anything necessary and prover to enforce any or all of the
<br />above restrictions.
