That for said period of twenty -five years no building erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat. <br />7. That for said oeriod of twenty -five years nm building, designated to be occupied by more than one family shall be built <br />more than two stories high on any lot in said plat without the written consent of the first party. <br />S. That for said period of twenty -five ,years no more than one dwelling house shall be constructed on any lot in said plat <br />without the written consent of the first party. <br />9.
