<br />West 1036.4 feet from the Northeast-corner of said Section six ,(6), thence
<br />South 10 West 150 feet; thence South 890 East 231.2 feet to the center
<br />line of a 56 foot road, thence North 30031 East along the center of said
<br />road 150 feet; thence North 890 West 243.6 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />and containing 82/100 acres;
<br />The East 28 feet in width of the above description is reserved for
