<br /> Wisconsin, do hereby certify that I have inspected the above
<br /> described property and that I have mapped the property according to
<br /> the official records and that I have mapped the locations of all
<br /> visible structures, the dimensions of all principal buildings,
<br /> roadways, apparent easements and visible encroachments, if any.
<br /> This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance with the
<br /> requirements of Bank of Sun Prairie and under an agreement between
<br /> R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and Bank of Sun Prairie which
<br /> excludes this mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of
<br /> Section AE 7, per Section AE 7. 01 (2) , Wisconsin Administration
<br /> Code, except Section AE 7.08, and therefore, this mortgage
<br /> inspection does not comply with all of the requirements of Section
<br /> AE 7. This mortgage inspection is made for the exclusive use of
<br /> the present owners of the property and also those who purchase,
<br /> mortgage or guarantee the title thereto within one year from date
<br /> hereof and as to them we certify the accuracy of said mortgage
<br /> inspection as shown. "
