<br /> encroachments, if any. This mortgage inspection has been
<br /> prepared in accordance with the requirements of Anchor Bank
<br /> and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc.
<br /> and Anchor Bank which excludes this mortgage inspection from
<br /> all of the requirements of Section AE 7, per Section AE 7.01
<br /> (2) , Wisconsin Administration Code, except Section AE 7.08,
<br /> and therefore, this mortgage inspection does not comply with
<br /> all of the requirements of Section AE 7. This mortgage
<br /> inspection is made for the exclusive use of the present owners
