r <br />l� <br />3° <br />rnx <br />d4 <br />rc�iu� <br />5 VMS <br />0 i <br />_ <br />( R <br />p i <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />PIPER BROTHERS COMPANY, a Wisconsin corporation, duly <br />organized and existirg under and by virtue of the laws of the <br />State of Wisconsin, and WILLIAM LESLIE GILLETTE and EDNA <br />HINKSON GILLETTE, his wife, of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br />Grantors, hereby convey and warrant to W. F. BAKKE, of Madison, <br />Dane County, Wisconsin, Grantee, for the sum of one dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, the following tract of land <br />situated in the County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, described <br />as follows: <br />A parcel of land situated in the Northwest I of the <br />Southwest of Section 29, Town 7 North, Range'9 East, being more <br />particularly described as follows. Commencing at the Southwest <br />corner of said quarter quarter section; thence East along the <br />center of the highway to a point 792 feet; this is the point <br />of begin! ring- thence East along the center of said highway <br />396 feet; thence North at right angles to said last course <br />330 feet; thence West at right angles to said last course <br />396 feet; thence South 330 feet more or less to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Said conveyance is made subject to the highway presently <br />existing ,,known as the Piper or Adana Road running across the <br />South portion of said premises and is also subject to an <br />easement two rods in width for a public highway across the <br />entire North end of said parcel of land. <br />This conveyance is made subject to the following <br />restrictions: <br />1. The location of all buildings on premises are to be <br />approved by vendors. <br />2. None of said lots shall be- conveyed to, used, owned <br />or occupied by negroes as owners or tenants. <br />3. For a period of twenty -five years from July 1, 1933s <br />vendors shall have the right to require plans for the exterior <br />design of any building or structure to be erected upon any <br />lot in said plat to be first submitted to and approved by the <br />vendors. <br />48 That for said period of twenty -five years no building <br />or any lot in said plat shall be used for other than residence <br />purposes without written consent from the grantors. <br />5.
