<br />Northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section

<br />and described more fully as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point which is North 89 West 366 feet along the north
<br />line of said section 6 and South 10 West J.47.8 feet
<br />from the Northeast corner of said Section 6, thence
<br />North 890 West 200 feet to the center of a right of
<br />way 66 feet in width, thence South 10 West 435.6 feet
<br />along the center of said right of way to the Northwest
<br />corner of the Hayden proBerty, thence South 890 East
<br />200 feet, thence North 1 East 435.6 feet to the point

<br />beginning to be used in common with others for high-

<br />PROVIDED MiEVER, That this conveyance shall be subject to the reser-
<br />vations and restrictions hereinafter stated; which said reservations
<br />and restrictions are to be construed as covenants running with the
<br />land, to wit:
<br />1. None of the premises above described shall be conveyed
<br />to, used, owned or occupied by negroes as owner or tenant.
<br />2. That for a period of 25 years no building, except
<br />accessory buildings on said premises shall be used for other
<br />than residence purposes.
<br />3. That for a period of 25 years no building shall be con-
<br />structed upon or occupy said premises, which shall cost
<br />less than $3,000.00.
